 Morris Aviaries is now opening it's doors to provide assistance to others needing help with placing their parrots/conures.Should you find yourself in a situation where you are needing to find a home quickly for your feathered companion, don't sell him/her to just anyone because of a time constraint. Morris Aviaries is now offering both consignment/adoption services to help aid in placing these birds with qualified families.
We are also looking at opening a sanctuary that the public can tour through to become more educated about parrots/conures needs, care, behavior, etc. So, even if your bird is not adoptable pet quality, we have a retirement place where he can live out his remaining years while benefiting the public with education.
Socialization and Health
At Morris Aviaries it is important that proper socialization , loving attention and a high quality diet are absolutely paramount in the future relationship of any bird with their future family and friends.
From the time the babies are 2 weeks old, they are being held, handfed and exposed to different environments and sounds. Birds are familiar with the sound of a vacuum, cars passing by, other animals and birds along with many human noises. This eliminates many fears and lessens the chances of a "fear bite" from your bird when he is in your care.
Babies are fed handfeeding formula supplemented with "Formula One" from Avitech. This formula provides extra carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and digestive enzymes in addition to proteins and vegetable fat. What this means to you is that these babies are commonly 33% larger and healthier!!

Payment Plans? Same As Cash??!!
At Morris Aviaries we are fully aware there are families out there that desperately want a bird and companion and are very capable of providing a nurturing and loving home for them, but may not have the ability to pay cash for this purchase all in one payment.
We have now made it possible for you to make payments on a bird of your choice. Payments are made at your own pace and ability. No credit check is performed and no finance charges are added. Once the bird is paid in full, you will receive the first available (weaned) bird from the next clutch of the species of your choice.
This arrangement is done is writing and agreement must be returned before the 1st payment is made when a payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
